Quality Management

At Misuzu, we pledge to provide safe, trustworthy products, and in order to do so, we have a dedicated quality control department that scrupulously overlooks our production process. We use only non-GMO soybeans for our tofu and when soybeans are delivered to our factories, we inspect them to ensure that they are of the best quality. To prevent problems during processing and to keep foreign materials out of the final products, each production line is equipped with specialized inspection sensors.
We have dedicated specialists who carefully oversee the quality control of our daily production. These specialists perform investigations of problem causes, provide on-the-spot guidance and preventative strategies to stop any problems from reoccurring, oversee the sanitation and hygiene management of the production process, and trace the origins and manufacturing process of raw materials and ingredients. Our laboratories and inspection rooms are also equipped with the latest tools and machinery for quick and complete product testing and inspection.
In order to provide the best possible customer service, we have even set up a customer consultation office that is devoted to answering any questions or addressing concerns from our customers.
